We want you to be completely cozy in your Oodie, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any items that aren't a perfect fit. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Place your Oodie back in its original ribbon and bag, then drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
